AL8500-16GP is a small capacity GPON OLT equipment with card plugging design of “AL8500” series. It provides 16 GPON optical interfaces and connects 2048 remote ONUs at most. AL8500-16GP works with the remote ONU of “AN8X” series and it can build the PON network through the connection of the fiber and the ODN (optical distribution network). AL8500-16GP system can improve resource utilization of carrier basic network. And it also can provide broadband data service, traditional voice/VoIP service,CATV/IPTV service.
